TERMS & CONDITIONS

WORKSHOP INFORMATION

A 10% non refundable booking fee is required to secure your booking. Kate will send you an invoice once the date and time of your workshop has been confirmed. 

The remainder can be paid anytime on or before the event. PayPal and all major cards are accepted. 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Artworks leave the studio within approx 3-5 business days. 

 

Shipping is FREE Australia wide. 
Local delivery to South Gippsland is available. 

Please contact Kate after checkout to organise

Outside AUS please EMAIL the artist for a shipping quote.

Once an item has been posted you will receive an email with the tracking information.

Artworks are packaged with love and care before leaving the studio. If your piece has been damaged in transit, please contact the delivery provider and the artist. 

In situations of damaged artworks we may be able to provide a refund or an exchange.

If possible the damaged artwork will need to be returned to the artist.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

If for any reason you need to cancel your booking please inform Kate as soon as possible - Please note that the 10% deposit paid to secure the booking if non refundable. 

If you have to cancel your event you have the choice of a refund (10% deposit is non refundable) or you can simply reschedule to another time - Kate is more than happy to work something out that will work for you. 

PAYMENT INFORMATION

PayPal and major credit cards are all accepted. 

Layby is available on all artworks. If you love a piece but it just simply isn't in your budget right now you can pay in instalments, Please email or DM me on Instagram and we can certainly work something out, 

RETURNS & REFUNDS OF ARTWORKS

Unfortunately we cannot provide returns or refunds for change of mind so please choose carefully before purchasing as all sales are final. 

In the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your purchase please contact Kate to discuss
